Hello.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC I) located in Portland, Oregon. I value taking a curious and non-judgmental stance with all of my clients. My approach is person-centered, relational, and collaborative.

I currently work with adults (18+). I can assist you in growing self-compassion, unhooking from painful thoughts and feelings, developing healthy coping skills, and supporting your pursuits of a meaningful life.

We can approach our work together using a variety of frameworks and I will adapt to meet your needs and preferences. I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
